1 Definitions 

    1.1 Body Chocolate – The brand-name and/or product line of “Body Chocolate” used for Products of the Company. 
    1.2 Company – Maple’s Family (Design) Limited, a company incorporated in the HKSAR. 
    1.3 HKSAR – The Hong Kong Special Administration Region of the People’s Republic of China. 
 

2 General

    2.1 The discount coupon entitles the bearer to exchange the equivalent amount for goods at Body Chocolate outlets in Hong Kong before the expiry date.  The discount coupon shall be invalid after expiry date.

    2.2 One discount coupon can be used per purchase worth over its nominated discount value.

    2.3 The discount coupon cannot be cancelled or transferred or exchanged for cash / other merchandise / services.

    2.4 The discount coupon is invalid and not replaceable if lost or found defaced or damaged.

    2.5 The Company reserves the sole right to vary or cancel the promotion and / or amend or alter these Coupon Terms at any time without prior notice.  In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive.

3. Member Points

    3.1 Each HKD 1 spending at our shops equivalent to 1 member points.

    3.2 Every 1000 points can exchange for a HKD 100 discount coupon.
